works with our strategic partners, technology assets and portfolio
companies to align strategy, drive accountability and scale processes
for future growth. Previously, Mujassum was Talent Director at Carter Fleming Group. Mujassum has spent most part of the last 17 years understanding behavioural change programs and strategic communications impact in driving talent to individual and corporate objectives across over 40 countries with formal recognition in financial services, health care, FMCG/retail & technology.
Mujassum has interviewed & examined well over five hundred CEOs, business leaders & entrepreneurs whose companies are leveraging newly devised strategies, with observations found in over 90% of cases witnessing innovation being lost simply due to the distance between the board room & entry level millennials partnered with a mindset built for a linear world (common thought process = “past performance indicative of future performance” ). Lack of communication through a tangled organisational structure has increase the epidemic level strain on any talented voice that wants to be heard.
The Global market is becoming increasingly open and transparent creating constant paradigm shift. We have identified a clear framework for organizations to adapt and thrive creating an ecosystem in a world of prosperity by diving into new organizational structures that leverage augmented technologies and a shifting global business mindset.
